A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $500 plus tax is required to reserve any date.

The reservation cannot be transferred to a different date or to another person.

Paid deposit is confirmation that the customer agrees to all terms of this room rental agreement.

Deposit is applied to the outstanding balance, due in full before starting on the reserved date.

Outstanding balance plus tax is payable by cash or credit card; 4% fee applies on credit card payments. NO CHECKS.

Two waiters are required at $250 each (tips are optional and not required).

Sunday through Thursday: private party room is available after 6:30pm until 10:30pm.

Guarantee of 25 people / Maximum of 50 people @ $45 per person, plus tax.

Saturday night: private party room is available 2 hours after Shabbos until 11pm.

Guarantee of 35 people / Maximum of 50 people @ $50 per person, plus tax.

Final headcount & menu choices are due 3 days before the reserved date.

Final headcount is guaranteed regardless of any last-minute guest cancellations.

Paper goods are clear round or white square: plates / bowls / utensils / cups / napkins.

Drink showcase (and all items inside) is CLOSED to all guests during the private party.

No outside food & drink permitted without prior approval from Gotta Getta Bagel.

No candles, no arts & crafts, no airbrushing, no confetti, no wall hangings, no haircuts permitted.
