What we do
A vort tends to come together fast
The engagement happens, the families want to celebrate that week, and suddenly there is a room to fill on four days' notice. We are used to that timeline, and we would rather get the call early and figure it out than have you settle for whatever is available.
Evening spreads built to graze rather than to sit down: cold buffet, hot dairy dishes, dessert tables that carry the room's mood. Presentation matters at a vort because everybody is taking photographs, and we plate accordingly.
